Requires SimpliVity OmniStack version v3.5.2 and above and vCenter Version 5.5 and above. For the Windows systems where RapidDR is installed, requires Net Framework 4 and above; PowerShell Version 4.0; and vSphere PowerCLI 5.5R1 or 6.3R1.

SimpliVity RapidDR is available in 25-VM or 100-VM license packs, with no limit to the number of license packs that can be purchased. An introductory 25-VM license starter pack is available free with the purchase of one year of SimpliVity support services.
Support
Support plans are purchased based on the number of VMs (in units of 25 or 100 VMs) and the duration of the RapidDR license (1 or 3 years). The support for RapidDR includes 24x7 phone, email, or web access, as well as a 1, 2, or 4 hour response times, based on severity.
